Peerless

I've been fortunate enough to call Peerless home since it first landed in Grand Haven. You can't beat the location right next to the water and in the heart of downtown. Walkability, a fitness center, a pool, and modern finishes were priorities for me when I was looking to relocate to Grand Haven; this place has all of that and more. It's the only apartment complex right downtown with a pool! There's a strong community vibe here while still allowing for privacy, and they have fun events and food trucks. Super pet friendly with the dog park and pup "spa", too. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing community! The apartments are so updated and cute, and the community has so many great features. Having lived at a couple communities, I can say that the maintenance staff is always on top of things and goes above and beyond. If you ever have anything that you need fixed, Steve is always on top of it. He will get the job done quick, and he is always so friendly and personable. You can’t beat having someone like Steve when you need something done!

Living at Peerless for the past two years has been an amazing experience, and we’re truly sad to leave. This is hands down the best place to live in Grand Haven, especially in the summer with the farmers market just across the street. The staff is incredible—Jennifer (the property manager) always looked out for us and made sure we were well taken care of, while Jamie (leasing coordinator) kept us informed and engaged with all the fun community activities. The maintenance team was also fantastic—friendly, efficient, and quick to resolve any issues. The entire team fosters a warm, welcoming atmosphere with their compassionate service. Thank you for making our summers here so unforgettable!

I was only able to stay here a short while due to unfortunate circumstances, but Peerless was amazing during the short time I was there. High quality apartment and in a great location- was truly sad to leave so soon and wish I could have stayed for the length of my lease. Despite my circumstances, the staff (Jamie included) worked with me and was able to make my transition as smooth as possible, which I highly appreciated. Recommend not just for the quality of apartment and location, but for the staff who work there too. Great people who will work with you through about anything. Highly recommend

Best place I've ever lived! Great neighbors! Jamie and the staff here are outstanding! Hats off to maintenence. If I ever have a problem the response and repair time are unbelievable. And the job is done right the first time. Jamie's personal attention to your happiness and satisfaction are 2nd to none! I'm proud to call Peerless home! Looking forward to jumping into that pool and entertaining at the outdoor common area this summer. My lease renewal is coming up soon. You know I'll be renewing it. There's no place like home!
