William is extraordinary. Both my nephew and I hired William as the agent to sell our apartments. We are both a bit old school about service and work ethic. William met all of our expectations and more. He is not only professional, courteous, and prompt with all his correspondence, but he is also friendly and willing to go above and beyond. I truly appreciate him, and how easy he made the selling process for me, especially since co-ops can be a bit hinky.
