Johnny assisted me with knowledgable consultations at first and determined where the issue was before he even started the work. After navigating me through all my dilemmas he crafted a plan and executed upon it immediately. In a batch of unreliable contractors Viva Home was able to stand out professionally and therefore comes highly recommended.

Excellent service!! There were many selection of cabinet to choose from. Johnny was really helpful. He sat down with me and went through each styles of cabinet. He was even nice enough to give me a free 3D design image of how it would look after the cabinet was installed. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and definitely come back again.

I would give a zero or negative rating if I could. I contracted New Veeva Construction Inc. (License Number 2021531-DCA) to renovate my co-op apartment last year. Mr. Johnny Lim, the contractor and owner, (a.k.a. Jiuen Yee Lim, Chongee Lim or Chon Gee Lim, also operates New Vivi Home Inc. a.ka. New ViVa Home Inc.)requested a $5,000.00 deposit/advance. He reassured me that it is a refundable deposit and the deposit would be applied against the contract price. However, Mr. Lim failed to secure the proper insurance coverage required for the project and my renovation application was denied by the co-op. Mr. Lim was not allowed to work in my building. When I asked for my refund, he refused to return my deposit. Subsequently, I took him to court and received a $5,478.63 judgement in my favor
