LeFrak City Apartments

Love the area, love my apartment. Just moved here in June. But I can tell already I may freeze this winter unless the heat situation changes. Heat barely comes up. But this has been an ongoing issue as my mother has lived here for 30 years!

🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲 My experience with the Lefrak City Leasing Office was amazing. Gary and Jennifer made the entire process smooth, quick, and stress-free. They were attentive, professional, and extremely helpful throughout. The entire Lefrak City community was so welcoming from the very beginning they reached out, followed up, and made sure I was taken care of. It’s rare to find such genuine service, and I’m truly grateful for the wonderful experience. Highly recommend both the leasing team and Lefrak City itself! Forever grateful 💛

I swear to god bro this is the WORST PLACE TO LIVEEEE!!! If you’re looking for an apartment do NOT look here, first of all most apartments are literally roach infested. There has been so much times I’ve heard people say they’re reaching out to the superintendent/maintenance and not getting a response or when they do there’s “nothing they can do about it because the building is so old” which is actually some bull. There’s so much mice infestations it’s honestly disgusting, not to mention the lack of cleaning in the staircases!! Literally filled with trash and piss and other stuff, there’s so much horrible things about this damn place. The best thing you can do for yourself is never live here, like genuinely.

ROACH INFESTATION AND I RECEIVED MY APARTMENT IN VERY BAD CONDITION BUT I HAD TO TAKE IT BECAUSE I NEVER SEEN THE UNIT BEFORE SIGNING THE LEASE . I COULDNT BELIEVE THE CONDITIONS THEY GAVE ME THE APARTMENT NOTHING WAS CLEANED AND TOOK ME 4 days to clean and bomb this apartment but roaches keeps coming back and my apartment is spotless I won’t recommend it .

They discriminate against housing vouchers, the lady on the phone told me the unit I was interested in was available, but when I told her I had a voucher, then she said it wasn’t available anymore, lied about how they go down on the rent for vouchers, and the whole time I was recording! They will be reported and prosecuted! Update coming!
