The services that are provided to fix any issues on the apartment are always fast, efficient and reliable. They do a great job fixing everything and letting you know the cause of it.

Hana gave a wonderful tour! She is very kind and informative. She answered all of my questions and took her time to show me everything about the building and amenities.

Ugh worst experience at this apartment the concierge threaten to tow my car even though I’m making a delivery it’s crazy these people are busy and they ask all the time can I leave it at there door they are very nice but I want to have my car there once I return not be threaten have it towed they don’t tow fedex, usps or Amazon so why do Instacart uber and DoorDash we get our cars towed. People order and it’s sad they can’t get there food because of threats with towing

The maintenance person came to address the battery issue in the door within ten minutes. I am so grateful. I was afraid I would not be able to get back inside my apartment if I had to go out. Thank you so much!

I'm sure the repairs that I requested for apt. 534 are just fine. However, I will not be able to see them until I move into the apt. on Nov. 22nd. Thank you for attending to them. Maxine Rapoport
