Erica O'Neill helped us sell our house and, in the process, oversaw all the difficult things that had to be done. Her availability to us all through the process made such a tremendous difference it's hard to describe. She oversaw all the contracting of repairs and worked with those contractors to make the house presentable. At all points she kept us informed and answered even the strangest questions.
