Willamette Court Senior Living Apartments

My mom lived here and had a terrible experience with management. She moved units and every time, they withheld her deposit for basic wear and tear + problems that were there before she moved in. Angela was rude, provided little to no communication and often ignored her requests. I would not leave your family members under the care of current management.

Excellent communication. Angela is easy to work with. My apartment is beautiful and spacious.

I have just applied here for a one bedroom apartment. I can say starting with the first phone call Angela was upbeat and able to inform me of everything I needed to know so that I could be ready to apply. I appreciate her attitude and sense of humor, and I’ve only just begun to have opportunity to get to know her. I would love to live here- I am hoping my application is accepted. She is one of the best reasons that I have a really positive attitude toward Willamette Court. Thank you, so much for this manager.

Angela, the onsite manager, is incredible! She was so helpful and pleasant to work with. She went beyond your average manager requirements. She helped us with transportation and provided information that made our move from Texas back to Federal Way a breeze. Thank you Angela!

We have the best manager we have ever had here at Willamette Court Senior Apartments in Federal Way. And I have lived here on this campus since 2012. Moving to Willamette Court from Meridian Court Two in 2013. I believe since I have been here at Willamette Court I have seen six to eight managers go through our doors. Not one has done the job as well as Angela. Angela Greer has been our manager since 2022. I repeat, in the short time Angela has been our manager, she has done more for us than any manager we have ever had. And she has done it with love, respect, and with care. She decorates beautifully our building inside and outside with lights and in beautiful seasonal themes, making our living space look and feel special. Mostly at cost to herself physically and with her own money too. Ang
