We lived here for about two and a half years. The location itself is beautiful, with lots of greenery, nature, and squirrels — but living here was extremely stressful, unsafe, and mismanaged. Management and maintenance were consistently incompetent. The hot tub did not work for nearly two years, despite being included in our rent, and the pool was frequently closed during summer. My garage repeatedly failed to open for days or even weeks. On multiple occasions, I requested a temporary outdoor parking space from the Leasing Office because I knew free spots were available. Initially, my husband was told no spots were free — a blatant lie. They didn’t even check availability, trying to dismiss us without any solution. All i did was look online, I never contacted them. All of a sudden she blew up my emails asking all kinds of questions. I said I was just looking for my granddaughter and would pass on this place for her to check out, then this person continued to harass me by many emails still asking personal info about my granddaughter. Even when I told her I'd now NOT give my granddaughter the info on this place due to the unprofessional behavior and so many emails after I told her to stop. She sent 2 more emails after that!! Wth??? Something is fishy there!! If she continues I'll contact or Attorney General to report this place.

Me and my room mate have lived at The Cove for the past 3 years. We moved to WA from out of state. Our first apartment (not The Cove) was terrible. We were worried that bad was the standard out here. The Cove really changed our mind! We love our apartment layout with the sturdy spiral staircase and high ceilings. The washer and dryer in unit meant no more 2 AM laundromat runs after long 10 hour shifts. We have an apartment facing the trees and its wonderful to sit out on our porch and stare at nature while drinking some tea. We have taken many walks around just to take a look at the pond and see the yearly baby geese! We have had no issues with crime or hearing our neighbors through the walls. My apartment search came to an end when I met Carol she was so good and helpful on phone but when I met her she was great ,patient with me as she took me round the complex several times showing me all available apartments and giving me options carol I'm forever greatfull. Finally she made my move in so effortless your the best carol. Everyone is so helpful. Joe got to fix the things I wanted fixed and did a great job. I love my apartment the complex is quiet,clean and I have a beautiful view.

I have lived in this property since April of 2025. The property is well kept and clean. The maintenance team is speedy and very helpful. The management team is there to support you in having a great experience. I see that this team takes pride in their work. Thank you and keep up the great work!
