Theresa is an absolute gem! After looking at over 15 properties for more than a month, Theresa was the reason I ultimately chose this place. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. Her kindness, professionalism, and constant support made such a difference. Amanda was also wonderful to work with—friendly, responsive, and always willing to assist. Together, they made me feel truly welcomed and confident in my decision. Amazing. Kept me informed, replaced my water heater in record time and ensured all the water under my floorboard that gathered due to my water heater leaking was cleaned and dried before installing the new water heater. I had just had surgery and was on crutches so after he was done instead of leaving the wet towels on the floor and the trash that was there he went above and beyond by straightened everything up ensuring the wet towels were in the laundry basket instead of on the floor where I could slip. He ensured everything was dry and ensured to take all the trash from the install out to the garbage bin. The entire process was friendly, informative, quick and easy. This place is horrible. They have, and over a year later continue, to harass and take advantage of my mother. She leased an apartment with her dog but at first was unaware the immediate neighbors had 3 large, very friendly but very aggressive dogs who would explode against the sliding glass door whenever anyone went by and barked incessantly and loudly. My mom has a number of medical conditions, including Lupus and M.S., but she also has diagnosed PTSD and started having panic attacks every time she had to leave or enter her apartment.
