Campus Landing Apartments

I have live at Campus Landing for 4 years, and the one consistent is the up keep of the property. Eduardo and Evan are such a pleasant presence around the property, and are able to assist whenever something needs fixing. The property looks clean and well kept year around!

I would like give a shout out to Evan and Edward, Campus Landing's two of the best, maintenance guys that I ever had, while residing in an apartment complex. They are both quick to fix maintenance issues, and always willing to go the extra mile in making sure that everything in the apartment units are functioning properly. They also make sure that the garbage areas are well kept. Evan and Edward are very kind and helpful. We are lucky to have these two as our maintenance guys. I've had the pleasure to live here for about 10 years. The property manager is one of the best and she has always been a great support. The property is kept clean and quiet. We don't want to leave but new opportunities are taking us elsewhere. This property has provided an excellent home for my family and I.

I lived in three different apartment complexes since moving to Federal Way and this by far is the best Community that I have lived in. First off,the grounds are kept up beautifully. You don't see trash all over the complex, you don't see barefoot kids running out in traffic, you don't see broke down cars in the parking lot, no people using the parking lot as their personal mechanic station. Campus Landing is quiet,clean,and spacious. The staff here is really great and passionate about the work that they do. I appreciate their professionalism and hardwork, I know from leasing experiences that it takes people that really care to make a great community! From the front office to the Maintenace staff, Campus Landing is definitely a great place to live. Thank you.

This was my little family's first home together. We truly, TRULY loved living here for almost 2 years. In fact, we would still be living there if it wasn't for the fact that we were unhappy with our child's learning experience (FWSD is rated 3 out of 10 in the state - we've now moved to UPSD where it's rated 8 out 10 and can already see the different in schooling in just one week). The grounds are kept VERY clean and they stay on top of pest control like no other (rarely had bugs in my home). Even though it's right off of 1st, I always felt and was safe. The neighbors are kind and welcoming as well. There weren't many children on our half of the complex, but there's a huge field in the back with plenty of nearby parks.
