Wildwood Haven

My family & I, a group of 19 traveled to Sevierville, TN & stayed at the Wildwood Haven cabin for 3 nights. The cabin is absolutely beautiful & easy to locate. It’s about 20-30 min to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg which we ventured out to for activities & some meals. My family & I loved the layout of the cabin, 4 king bedrooms upstairs with 2 king bedrooms & 2 twin bedrooms downstairs. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen/living room area where we cooked breakfast/dinner a couple days, were able to eat together at the tables as a family, watch football & have a game night. The pool & outdoor patio areas were also nice for gathering. When we arrived we noticed a couple things both of which we communicated to the host. We had to wait almost an hour after checkin time because the cleaners weren’t done cleaning. Even after that, the cabin, specifically the kitchen, was NOT clean. The stove had a thick layer of burnt on food, every surface was sticky including the chairs. There was garbage under the beds and sofas. We wouldn’t have minded as much if there had at least been a vacuum or some decent cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves. The hot tub was leaking. On top of all of that, the owner is quite rude. Definitely won’t be staying again.
