Extremely impressed with this complex. The layout of the apartments are great. The grounds are beautiful. Kaylen was so helpful through the whole process and extremely knowledgeable, not to mention she was genuinely so nice. Definitely recommend taking a look at them.

I’ve never left a google review on anything. I’m so not this type of person, but this place was truly draining to live in. My husband and I lived there for about 6 months. It is very unprofessional and there is little to no communication about anything. Response time is days (if ever). These 5 star reviews just make me laugh. Our apartment was falling apart before we moved in. Floors coming up, cracked ceiling, hole in the wall, dented and scratched base boards and cabinets. Dumpster area is always disgusting trash everywhere. We lived on the very top floor and saw 2 rats right outside our door. Maintenance was never done in a timely manner. My husband and I were each walked in on 2 separate times by maintenance. The noise levels are insane. Tons of unnecessary fees. The amount of money yo

I've had a great experience living in this complex. The location is super convenient with easy access to shopping, dining, etc. Office staff and Maintenance are both so friendly and always great help! Overall, it's comfortable, welcoming, and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great apartment!

I have been living here for seven months. The units are beautiful, and I have not experienced any major issues with the condition of my apartment. Maintenance requests have always been handled promptly, and Hannah is cordial and professional. That said, I hope management will take stronger measures to address the behavior of certain residents who show little consideration for others. Pet owners should be held accountable for cleaning up after their animals. Leaving pet waste behind is unacceptable and negatively affects the community. This is a new property with attractive amenities, and it would be unfortunate to see them deteriorate due to careless behavior. Brand new apartment complex with a lot of living options and amenities.This apartment floor plans are modern. The 2/3 bedroom apartment are spacious. The complex is pet-friendly and the policies make registering very easy. The administrative team was nice and friendly. Kay was answered all our questions and her partner, Hannah, toured us through each option and floor plan. It’s been a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to love in an up and coming area.
