Coleson Creek Apartments

I’ve spent a total of two years here, and I’ve never had a single issue, from my application and onboarding to maintenance requests and everything in between. Shannon, the office manager, has been nothing short of amazing. He’s incredibly pleasant, and even the most random conversations flow so naturally that you’d swear you’ve known the guy for years. Shannon, thanks a million for everything you’ve done at Colson Creek. Colson is cool and all, but let’s be honest… Shannon is the top dawg 😂😂😂. Thank you for hosting me for two truly wonderful years 😉

Do not recommend this complex to anyone. Moved out because my apartment was infested with mold and I was in the hospital because of it. Multiple of the apartments have mold in them specifically in the bottom units. When they were told i had the issue their way of fixing the issue was to spray tea tree oil into the ducts, they did 2 sets of this treatment which ended up not working in the about week I was in there till when i moved out ( pictures of mold samples from the last night I was there). They also went into my apartment without any knowledge to me while my stuff was still in there and my lease hadn’t ended yet or hadn’t turned in my keys. They put my stuff in boxes and trash bags weather it was trash or my stuff. They also took my ring camera off of my door and unhooked my wifi whil

The office manager was very knowledgeable. She was very professional in her appearance. The best perk about these apartments were that they are very neat and pet friendly.

Front office is great. I love coleson. He's always helpful and there when I need him.
