A few months ago we decided to sell our house and that’s when we first used Mark Warwick as our agent. We really enjoyed working with our realtor, Dennis Beard and the rest of the staff. He really took the time to listen to what we wanted and helped us through all the steps we had to go through. He even stayed with us (for about 3 hours) and got us a tow truck when we put our car in the ditch trying to maneuver through the curvy mountain roads. Not only did he help us with the purchase of the house, but he also helped us find a good mortgage company, insurance, and a vacation/rental company. I will definitely be going back to them if we purchase another house.
