Our maintenance & staff at Wilwood Creek are AWESOME!!! They step up every time to fix my things. When we had ice Carlos was out there putting salt down my path and chipping ice blocks off of my steps. Felipe, Carlos, and the staff in office are so friendly and helpful. Thank you!

My sincere appreciation goes out to Jordyn Lindquist for all her time, patience, kindness and assistance in my recent leasing at Wildwood Creek Grapevine, TX. I am making a long distance move cross country and having to organize everything remotely/ virtually. Jordyn’s dedication and her help has made the transition and leasing a smooth and positive experience! Although short-lived, my experience at Wildwood Creek was a great one. My leasing agent, Jordyn Lindquist, made the whole process easy, stress-free, and was receptive to all my concerns during my stay. The property was quiet with no problems, and my one-bedroom unit was perfect no problems. I also loved the location with access to trails for running and biking. I would definitely recommend.

We moved my Son Connor into Wildwood Creek at the very start of September. It's important to know that we spent several months looking at many different properties around the entire DFW area. After our research we narrowed it down to a couple of towns and 6 different properties. The reason why we chose Wildwood Creek was not just because of the location (which is great), but because of the hospitality, humility and honesty of Adam Branscum. This young man was knowledgeable and extremely trustworthy. The impression he left on our family was solid and after our sons first month at Wildwood Creek, it's obvious we made an excellent choice! Our son is very happy and so are we.

I recently moved into a beautiful and spacious one bedroom apartment and have had an amazing experience. Riley, my leasing agent held my hand through the entire experience and was very patient and kind as I am older and not computer savvy. She was attentive, detail oriented and extremely proficient at her job. Carlos, the maintenance supervisor has also been very helpful and immediately addressed any concerns. The neighbors are friendly and nice, the grounds and pool are lovely and I feel very safe in the gated, non-smoking community. I feel seen and appreciated and could not be happier with my place. It has a large corner deck, higher ceilings, lots of big windows that make it bright and cheerful. It is a very quiet location and I also have very affordable covered parking!
