We first worked with Jason and his team back in 2021 and had such a positive experience that we came back to them again in 2025. I just completed my 5th loan closing with Jason, and 2 have been through his company, NuWave. The NuWave team is top notch and deliver on everything that they promised. Tawana is great to work with and made sure we closed as quickly as we wanted/needed to. I know they have plenty of other customers, but I never felt like was just another loan to them. NuWave besides having exceptional service, had the best rates I could find, and a lot of other companies that talked a big game couldn’t come close to NuWave’s rates/closing costs.
