I got locked out of my apartment, and she responded quickly, handled everything efficiently, and was incredibly pleasant the entire time. I moved here in November 2025 and will tell you the response time from the AMLI team to any request iexceeds my expectations as they have set high standards in customer service. The community is beautiful well maintained. The location is amazing! You can walk to the Main Street Shops, have easy access to highways and are minutes from DFW!

I lived at AMLI Grapevine for over four years, in two different units, and had a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and the maintenance team is very impressive! They are quick, friendly, and proactive. It is a relatively quiet complex with a very friendly community. The location cannot be beat. I will really miss my time here!
