Don’t move here!!!! Management is horrible. Over charge or basic things. Our apartment was not cleaned when we moved in. There was black dog hair everywhere. They couldn’t even be bothered with vacuuming before your tenants move in but want to charge a “cleaning fee” when you move out. Hahaha it’s a joke. Neighbors are noisy. The pool and hot tub are constantly closed. Thank God we are gone! Save yourself and find somewhere else.

Me and my husband lived here previously in 2023, and moved out because of management. We then moved back in August this year. Prior to moving in, we heard amazing things about the management, so we thought we’d give it another chance. My husband ended up talking to Karen, the property manager at the time, and she promised us 158 dollars off throughout the year. Day of move in we get our keys and head over to our unit just to find out they put us in a handicap unit! After a full day of moving, i did some inspections and the place was filthy. Dead flies, spider webs everywhere, a blood stain on the wall, holes were not filled or painted over. I went to the leasing office letting Karen know that it is a health hazard to have the place looking like that with a 2 month old. I also mentioned the

when we moved in last year our closet had disgusting, waxy substance in the linen closet dripping down literally every shelf. we had to clean it ourselves which took hours. then they have the audacity to say they have to take all our deposit money for carpet and regular cleaning once we moved out. keep in mind we paid for steaming the floors ourselves and cleaned everything with bleach before we left and we were a no shoe household. there is absolutely no reason the cleaning charge was over 150. absolutely insane, greedy, and not transparent. if you care about cleanliness and transparency, this isn't gonna be it. this place was our final straw for renting, we are just going to buy a house next month. not worth the extra "perks" to rent.

This place is a wonderful quiet escape. It’s on the outskirts but close to great shops, dog parks, and hiking locations. The schools are wonderful and close by also. It’s very pet friendly, and clean. The gym has all the essentials and this location is very walkable. Whenever we have a maintenance issue the maintenance team gets things fixed very quickly and professionally. Every morning I get up and go to drop my kids off at school there is a lovely view of the mountains and the fields and ponds during the summer and fall are full of sunflowers. The appliances are high end and the neighborhood is very safe. When my partner and I moved in, in July 2024, the staff were friendly and very helpful. They made the process easy. They also helped us get to know the area since we moved to Colorado

We were really hesitant to move back to Greeley but are so happy we did. The apartment was really clean when we moved in, all new appliances that work really well and great amenities in the complex. Parking has never been an issue and they’re really pet friendly, allowing our 120lb pup that most wouldn’t accept due to his size. We love how quiet it is and tucked back but not far from any shops or restaurants. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for an affordable apartment without sacrificing quality!
