The Grand at Riverside

If you want joy, staff with common sense, and any sort of comfort in your own home, look somewhere else because the "Grand at Riverside" is NOT it. The Verge was a mess and the "Grand at Riverside" is NOT better, if anything it's worse. When the complex got sold I was hoping things would get better and ✨️suprise suprise✨️ they didn't. This staff is equally as incompetent as the last if not more so considering the Verge staff at least had the possible excuse of being young people. These new owners showed up with an inconvenient and inconsiderate entrance by deciding they were no longer going to receive packages at the front desk giving the tenants zero notice and the post offi

I’ve I lived here since August 2025 the office staff are always friendly and helpful as well as maintenance. When you submit requests, your issue is always resolved within 24 hrs. I do have some noisy neighbors, but other than that everything has been great.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! Do not be fooled by the model you are shown for this property. We showed up to move my son in and were handed keys by an intern at the desk, no management to be found anywhere. When we first entered the apartment we were overcome by the smell of rotting trash and mold. Upon entering the apartment we encountered a total disaster in the shared "common area". There were piles of trash, stained carpet, holes in the wall, layers of dirt and dust on the walls and shared furniture, The blinds had been torn to shreds and there was a kenneled dog who had ripped apart the furniture. When we entered what would have been my sons room, the mattress was filthy and there was mold all over the bathtub, toilet and sink. Absolute terrible place to call home. I can’t believe the amount they are charging tenants with all the problems these apartments have. 1. You will NEVER have a parking spot. 2. MOLD 3. Ants. 4. The noise that has been coming from remodeling. 5. TRASH you will pay 2 bills for trash, the trash can at your door will never be taken out and will attract pests, they also use children to take out the trash for them 6. You will also pay 2 bills for technology 7. The resort style pool is only 4 ft. Deep at its deepest point. 8. Misquotes will bite you in your sleep because they find a way inside. 9. Good luck on getting any maintenance requests fulfilled. 10. Owned by negative energy people- and you can feel it all the time.

Yay! We are getting ready to move in. What a smooth seamless, efficient process in getting approved. The tour with Crystal was excellent. She was precise, thorough and so pleasant. No surprises with the move-in fees. Exceptional!
