The house quality is not as it seems. They also keep updating the warranty as they go and making it impossible for you to have them fix issues. The employees try to help but then things change and it becomes out of their hands with everything. You’re pretty much on your own and the year warranty becomes a waste of time. Make sure you look at the fine print when you sign. Disappointing in what we pay and they make excuses or change things on the warranty to avoid fixing issues.

After being in my baessler house for a month it's been nothing short of a nightmare. Things continue to break. Plumbing is absolutely terrible. Drainage outside is horrendous! They refuse to fix the issues and just try to cover it up! I absolutely regret ever starting this process! Buyer beware. It will be all fun and games until you close!!

Do not buy a house here the landscaping is crappy very bad drainage water sits and causes settle which the sum up to being normal the warranty service is bad to get ahold of for them to do any kind of work at first I had issues with my carpet not being fasten correctly had to to fix my self and now going on a week with out electricity and I’m being told it’s going to be about till the end of the year to get it fixed unless I find the time to be at my house during the week which I can’t because I work full time and they don’t work weekends basically I was told I’m S.O.L unles I take off work to be home and i will probabaly have to end up fixing it my self do not buy a house here there will be many unresolved issues and you will just be given the go around to get them fixed

This community makes me feel embraced. The homes here feel warm and welcoming. As for the design, the homes are intriguing. This neighborhood is a nice place for first time home buyers. Would definitely recommend!
