Wickford Square New Homes

The communication is incredibly poor and I’ve had a terrible experience with their whole process of pre-approvals and priority lists. No one answers the phones and barely respond to emails. I know the process of buying a new model home cause I’ve been to many other communities. The representatives at other communities kept constant communication and always answered the phones. I’m very disappointed in the customer service here and I would absolutely not recommend this company. I’m no longer interested in buying a home with them anymore. They really should consider being more communicative and improving their customer service skills.

almost sold out. only a few left within 1500 sqft around $500k. wish the backyard is bigger.
