Whitman Village Housing Dev

I like living here at Whitman Village. I am not happy that they keep raising the rent every year. They also raised the air conditioner fee which was $15.00 now $20.00. I won't be able to afford to live here if they keep raising the rent here. They make so much money in rent I don't understand whitman villiage it is like they are greety for more money.

Place is not managed correctly Maintenance doesn't come for problems that should be addressed right away. Heat and hot water aren't always accessible. Money was also stolen claiming additional charges without means explained.i would not recommend anyone to move here

Place is affordable at first but they raise rent up every year by $70 and maintence tries to blame you for everthing that breaks down in these old houses and they wont tell you about heating issues they cant fix

Place has no heat in the winter they won’t fix heating uploaded pics to show how cold it gets without a space heater
