Concord Management of NY

Awful company. I’m reading the reviews and I’m starting to think some of the flooding is done on purpose. My apartment is in a new building only 3 years old and my bathroom is flooding for the third year in a row. Every year at holiday time my apartment is flooded. The building staff harasses the tenants and don’t do any real work. The floors in my building have never been buffed to the point that they have changed colors. I was threatened with a violation for cleaning the floor in front of my apartment. They purposely sent me receipts showing my rent fully paid and then waited 8 months to send me a bill for rent so they could try to force me out of my apartment. It didn’t work. My daughter lives in one of the buildings they recently began managing and the standards have dropped. When LWC management was in charge, this building was always clean and well taken care of. NOW it is filthy and things are always broken. One elevator has been broken for months now, the floors are never mopped or swept and both the super and porter are lazy. You can NEVER reach anyone by phone when you call this management company and their lawyers have a NASTY attitude. Management was in char

They should have ZERO stars!! You call their hotline for repairs and no one ever gets back to you! Call & leave messages, no one ever calls back. They are very unresponsive. Something that should be fixed immediately but takes weeks IF they return your call. If you're looking to be a slumlord hire them to mange your property!!

TERRIBLE!! These people never answer their phones. I've had a leak in my kitchen and bathroom for months now. My bathroom ceiling is ready to collapse any minute now. My kitchen floor is destroyed because of the leak i have feom the sink. You call Concord, and they take your information saying, "Someone will contact you," but no one ever does. Worst management company EVER!

The WORST Management company in ALL OF NY.. These people are the definition of ‘Sumlords’. They want tenants to pay rent while they neglect their property.. all together across their real estate profile Concord has over 1000+ code violations by HPD. I call 311 every winter just to get the heat turned on. When you call their office , Your call is sent to a call center and you never hear from them afterwards . The employee are also RUDE for no damn reason, especially Selma. They have more energy to argue and to take you to court than to make repairs. If you value your sanity please do not live in their properties.. I have photos and what I said is indisputable.
