Eagle Rock Apartments at Huntington Station

Eagle rock Huntington is within walking distance from the train and pretty close to Huntington village. I was looking at a couple different apartments but I went with Eagle rock for the great price you can’t beat it. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Parking is fine as I get a spot right outside my apartment. There’s also a gate with fob entry at the entrance so there’s extra security measures. Overall great place to live.

I'm writing to share my experience living at An Eagle Rock apartment for the past few years. Overall, I've had a positive experience, appreciating the amenities and services provided. The location has been convenient, and I've enjoyed the community atmosphere from corporate to property management and maintenance staff members are a team and there priority is safety and pet friendly.

We arrived and were not greeted by anyone, or told which units we were touring. It took 25 minutes of phone calls to the front office to get any information on how/where to tour any units. Extremely disorganized. Once we did tour by ourselves, the units were dirty, and unkept. The paint jobs were lazy, and there were items left In the cabinets and refrigerators of the units we toured. It was clear that the units were not cleaned with care before being made available. At the price that the units are being leased at, this is not a place I would recommend to anyone especially with how unresponsive the maintenance and front office was. The process of renting one of these apartments was a horrible experience. Unskilled employees and rude. The price for renting is very high for the quality and minuscule size. They impose fees to every tenant prior to moving in for painting and cleaning and the duty was never fulfilled. Upon vacating they again charge you astronomical daily fees if your Notice of Vacancy is not submitted within 60 days. Your 60 day reminder notice is sent to you a few days prior causing you to make a quick decision and uncertainty. They try to eat up all of your security deposit for unnecessary amenities. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone! Do your research and read the reviews so you know what you’re dealing with!

I am truly a blessed woman at this time. By the Grace of God and with the assistance of Mr. Martinez I am now a resident in the Huntington area where I am employed, enjoying what I do for the community. Greatly appreciate Eaglerock Properties for the opportunity. Process has been amazing!!!!!
