We’ve had a great experience living in this apartment community, and a big reason is the amazing team here. Laurie from management truly stands out. She is always approachable, understanding, and incredibly responsive. Whenever we’ve had an issue or concern, her quick response and willingness to help made a huge difference. It’s comforting to know there’s someone reliable who genuinely cares about residents. A special shout-out to Nene from the maintenance team — he is honestly a lifesaver. He’s always available, quick to respond, and does his work with so much sincerity. On top of being highly skilled, he’s a genuinely good person, which makes interactions so pleasant and stress-free. I’ve had a really good experience living here the past 5 months, and a lot of that comes down to the people running the place. Laurie is a landlord who actually follows through; she communicates, handles things quickly and is very fair and easy to talk to. NeNe, the maintenance man, is the kind of guy you’re glad to have around the property. Genuinely, one of the hardest working individuals I’ve ever met. He shows up quick, knows what he’s doing, and won’t stop until it’s fixed. The community itself is quiet, respectful, and friendly.

Coming up on my 1 year mark here with my wife and my experience has been good so far. I’ve had two instances that required attention from management and maintnence and both issues were acted on and solved immediately. Love the community here as well, very kind and peaceful neighbors. Snow gets picked up and cleaned up before I’m awake, very safe overall. Looking forward to staying here until we’re ready to buy a home.

The staff Laurie and Nene are exceptional. The apartments are spacious and well maintain. The complex is very serene with the most beautiful view. I truly loved it here. Thank you Laurie.

I moved in on May 1st 2024 and from day 1 my experience has been a great and positive one! Laurie, the property manager, is reliable, answers all questions/concerns in a timely manner, and lovely to talk to. The maintenance gentleman handles all requests on the same day, if any needed at all. Also incredibly kind! The apartments are clean, spacious, and perfect for anyone looking to rent. The grounds are kept beautifully and I feel entirely safe even at night. Trash removal and parking are also top notch! Plenty of spaces to park and have a guest over. Receiving mail and packages is also a breeze! Thank you to the entire team for making my renting experience a great one! I would 10/10 recommend to anyone an apartment in Whitewood Ponds!
