Nexus Property Management - New Haven County CT

I came to Nexus Property Management after a very bad experience with a management company in CT. That company was recommended to me and I went to hell and back with them. I was in an abusive situation and did not know how to get out of it. They made it hard for me to leave. I say that because even under such circumstances the minute I contacted Nexus, I noticed the HUGE DIFFERENCE. I was treated with the highest level of professionalism and respect. At Nexus I feel appreciated. At Nexus they don’t sacrifice excellent service to our tenants to keep us happy. They treat our tenants well. They go far and beyond to understand their issues and to fix the problem with them, while also treating us like the owners we are, who pay the fees. Mick is a superstar when it comes to customer service!!!

Nexus property management has been absolutely amazing to work with. They’re professional, organized, and always quick to respond whenever something comes up. The staff is friendly and easy to communicate with, and they make the whole renting and maintenance process stress-free. I really appreciate how they take pride in keeping everything well-managed and maintained.

The start of my rental was a little bumpy, however, it had nothing to do with Nexus. The house heat was not working and Mick and his team were as professional as you could get. Mick had this plumber Al on the job that day and within 24 hours, a new tankless water heater was installed. Could have been happier for their responsiveness. Looking forward to the partnership with the team.

Me and my family were in a really tough time and Mick from Nexus was nothing more than an angel to my family. He has even continued to help us out after his process was done!!! Nexus are good people, and with the world’s current climate, you couldn’t ask for anything more than good hearted people!

Mick has been overseeing the rental of our property for the past few years. I have nothing but the highest praise for Nexus who have handled everything with incredible efficiency and grace since the very beginning.
