Rosewood Condos

I have been a Tenant at Rosewood for 6 years now. It is a great place for all ages and generations with attractive green areas, pool, playground and clubhouse. I have been treated almost like a family member by the whole Franklin team. Special Hats Off to Timmy regardless of what I have needed help with he has always been there with ideas and solutions.

My family has loved living in the Rosewood community for over 12 years. We call it a vacation community, the pool, the club house, families out walking in the evening, children outside playing, there is something transformative living on the grounds. The units are large and unique, having an attached garage AND a basement is something not found in most rentals, a true gift. There are people who live here long term and others more transient, the mix has built an opportunity for community that is rare. The staff has always been responsive , helpful and kind, no matter how big or small the issue. Our hot water heat broke on a holiday morning, it was replaced so quickly that we could still host the gathering at home. The superintendent, Tim, is very knowledgeable and always ready to lend

I have lived at Rosewood for about 6 years now. I cannot say enough good things about Tim in maintenance and by association, his painting & restoring team. Tim is always quick to respond, does a terrific job, is friendly, wonderful manners & thoughtful & thorough in his job . Anything he does is top notch. Rosewood/Franklin is lucky to have him & the residents are too…He is the best.

I have been living at Rosewood of Franklin Communities for 5 years. It is a lovely community as a downsize from a larger home. A mix of friendly folks of all generations and many different countries. The owners manage wonderfully. Any included repairs are quickly responded to in a very timely manor. Their employees friendly and courteous. The property is nicely maintained. Although it could be better visually. However, every warm season a big project is done to maintain the exterior. Rent prices have increased but have everywhere. As a local Realtor I see the surrounding area. This is the best place with pets allowed, green space, private garages and convenience to everywhere.

Rosewood is a very clean and quiet place to reside. The maintenance team is responds in a timely manner to request for assistance with a problem. The only 2 negatives are the snow removal could be better. My driveway is rarely completely cleared. Second, the yearly rent increases are much!
