Whiteland West Apartments

Whiteland West Apartments is a beautiful community! The leasing process went smoothly for me and only took 2 days. I’m thrilled to be part of it now.

I'm really so happy to recommend this apartment complex, and I'm grateful for how friendly, proactive and accommodating the office folks were, during my time there. The rates have been reasonable, and I appreciated their disclosure on calculating utilities as well. Beyond that, they've really labored to make this neighborhood feel like a community—with a Christmas raffle, a Valentines scavenger hunt, etc. When issues arise, they send helpful e-mails out. They put up signs when neighborhood kids were (dangerously) playing in parking lots. They do an excellent job preparing for (and then cleaning up after) large snowfalls, etc. Plus, they were always easy to talk to, making it easy to be mutually appreciative in all communications. I've been at Whiteland West for about five months so far and have been very pleased all around. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. The few maintenance requests I've had have all been handed extremely quickly. Big plus that everyone is also very kind to my two small pups!

The maintenance staff is top-notch—they are incredibly responsive and efficient, always addressing any issues promptly. I've had great interactions with the team, including Jeannie, Kara, Bill, and Bob, who are all knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The office staff is also wonderful and quick to assist with any questions or concerns. The apartments themselves are spacious and get a good amount of sunlight, with ample storage space. We’ve been living here for the past five years and have always had a great experience. Throughout our stay, we submitted many maintenance requests, and the team always did their best to take care of everything promptly. Bill has always been our favorite — he’s friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond every time. This was our last service request as we’re moving out in a couple of days, and we just wanted to thank Bill and the team for all their hard work over the years!
