Hamilton at Eagleview

We have lived here for 1 1/2 years and are very happy. The office staff and maintenance team has made living here very enjoyable. We would like to thank the team they hired who removed the snow in less than 12 hours from the parking lot. We really appreciate it.

I would say the facility itself is nice, but the staff experience has been disappointing. Jara is very confrontational and overly involved, which makes interactions uncomfortable rather than welcoming. Overall, the environment does not feel community-oriented. Also doesn’t feel like home. There have been moments that felt antagonizing and unnecessarily facetious, which seems calculated rather than constructive. Deb is the only staff member I genuinely enjoy interacting with, and Jen was also a great resource before she recently left. Hanken really needs to reassess their hiring and management approach and focus on professionalism, respect, and creating a truly inclusive and welcoming environment.

I chose Hamilton at Eagleview to be my new home due to the fact that it was new construction and I was the first tenate in my apartment. There is a long list of amenities available AT NO EXTRA FEE!! We do pay our own utilities (which is typical), but considering what we save on recreational fees/memberships, I consider it a "wash". The Maintenance Staff and Office Staff go above and beyond when following thru on requests. There are bi-monthly community events that are always well attended. If only there was a lease to purchase option!
