I love the prompt response to maintenance requests, quiet and beautiful surroundings, access to restaurants, etc. Lovely community. Beautifully maintained with flowers, lawn, trees, swimming pools, gym, Tennis and Basketball courts, etc.
I wish I had looked at the work prior the maintenance leaving; but I did not. I was working on my computer. I specifically asked for a carpet guard to be installed between the foyer and living room that was not done. I has also asked a permanent solution be placed between the bathroom and living room. The staples are obsceene. I could have had my five year old nephew do that. It wouldn't bug me as much EXCEPT i keep my apartment, high profile designed and cleaned. And now this looks like gargage. I blame the mgmt for not allowing the purposeful solution to be installed. Tell me if I am wrong. Thank you.
John & Alex from the Maintenance Dept recently responded to 4 Service Requests I submitted. They took care of all 4 items professionally, politely & timely. It is my first apt. living experience & I am very impressed with Claremont's Maintenance Service.
John was prompt, courteous, and skilled. Repairs were completed to our satisfaction.
