White River Commons

I have been living at the dels for about a year now and plan to renew my lease here again. It's a beautiful clean property with nice apartments. I love that the property managers are very friendly. Good community around the commons and would recommend to anyone looking for a apartment. Just had a parking lot remodel and it made it so much more pretty :)

The apartments have been remodeled and feel clean, modern, and comfortable. Best of all, it’s very affordable for the quality you get. Overall, it’s a well-managed community and a great place to live—I would definitely recommend it.

I have lived here since October of 2024. I am very happy here. It is a clean and quiet environment. It's perfect for me because I'm a widow. If I have any problems, I am able to get them quickly resolved with a call or text to the resident hotline. My neighbors are friendly and courteous. I couldn't be happier.

This is an excellent place to stay, especially if you’re looking for a budget-friendly option. They have a 24/7 maintenance team available through DoorLoop. They are willing to work with the rent, and the move-in process was quick and easy. I moved here from Texas, and I paid 500 down and 700 for all the bills upfront. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Moved in February of last year. Rent is very affordable, apartment is perfectly sized and meets my needs exactly. The entire complex is kept clean and orderly, and any issues I've had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. All in all loving it here and planning to stay for a long time. Can't recommend it enough.
