Aliyha went above and beyond helping me get a place to rent for my family. She also did amazing job walking me thru the paperwork and finalizing on the place.. When I went and got my keys for my new rental Carson was very polite and made sure I knew if I needed anything with a good moving service or anything to just give them a call and they could get me directed to the right place…

I'm moving from CA to AR to a place I rented through Rich Realty. Trying to manage a move like this has been extremely challenging to say the very least. But Carson & Ms. Alia-whom I worked with very closely at Rich Realty-made this move not only possible for me, but they actually managed to make the whole process easy & manageable. They were always available- & very knowledgeable- to answer the endless complicated questions raised by the various moving companies/vendors involved with the utmost patience, graciousness & professionalism. For anyone considering a move-of any length-I cannot recommend Rich Realty & their wonderful people-especially Carson & Ms. Alia-enough. It makes a huge difference to work with real knowledgeable & available professionals when making a move like this.

5 stars for getting me out the lease so soon. Fixed my rent trailer up really good! Like brand new. (Read the rest)Before and after was huge. They delivered on time with the renovations working hard after hours. always helped me out with all my questions and concerns. Professional, honest, and experienced business! One downside though. The trailer was infested with roaches and when i moved in i instantly had to move out! If they say the bugs are gone too soon, dont trust it. Especially not in trailer homes! I was lucky enough to get out the lease! That alone was a 5 star business practice being nice and getting me out the lease. Thats how bad the roaches were. Hundreds of them. the idiots in charge of being sure the place was bug free and truly safe to live in need more training. first day

Levi was amazing! I needed to find a place to live very quickly and he found me the perfect place within 24 hours. I’d like to add that Carson is awesome as well!! I was having an issue with odor in my apartment and while he was here it took the time to change a light bulb I’ve been needing changed but couldn’t reach. Such a nice guy!
