I am an Active Duty Army Veteran. 91C C 3-13 who exited service only 6 years ago.. Maintenance entered my apartment to fix my A/C without notification which was also after hours just after I left on November 13th at approximately 6:35pm, in which he also used my white face towel to clean a dusty and moldy a/c unit, and used my personal new vacuum cleaner. Not to mention I have bronchiole trachea Malasia. December 23rd around 5:30pm the same maintenance guy brandished a power drill trying to intimidate me and play it off while I was walking down the hall after bothering me about the November situation. This is THE worst place to live. Nothing gets fixed. We haven't been able to flush our toilet in months. The garbage despisal don't work which causes the sink to stop up. The lightbulbs explode in the fixtures. Plugins don't work. It took us 3 months before we got our mailbox key. There is roaches. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's not worth paying $475 a month. Nothing works. This place is not safe for children. The manager is also rude and walks into your apartment anytime he wants. There is drugs everywhere.

Owners gave a crackhead the master key to the apartments to "clean" and now things are coming up stolen. They will also change policies on you out of no where so they can evict you. Do yourself a favor, unless you are desperate with no where else to go, look someplace else.

I live here for the moment. If your single, and have no children, its a good place to rent. Its kept up the tenants keep, to themselves. The units are vry small, and ALL of the apartments are 1 bedroom 1 bath, with a combined kitchen/front room. All utilities are included, free wifi as well. There is a pay laundry, on the premises which is $1 wash/$1 dry. there's also a weight room on the 2nd floor at the very top of the stairs.and an entrance lobby. The manager comes in from 3:30-4 every afternoon m-f.

College View Apartments in Batesville, Arkansas 72501, is an older apartment complex..., with a repeated history of owners selling/buying the complex and bilking out every Federal Dollar/Tax Break they can, only to repeat the process by selling it to the next buyer..., without ever investing back into the facility...,a 'Cash Cow', with a progressive decline... Not good for the renters or the community...😥.
