White Pine Apartments

Lived here for almost three years and this is a great complex. Josh, Anthony and Phil are always zipping around on their golf carts making sure everything is ship shape. Although I haven't had many issues, the couple I have had were addressed either the same day or the next. The grounds are really well kept all year round, too. My only issue is with the mandatory heat from Oct to May (you can't use the AC when the heat is turned on), but that's partly because my bedroom is directly above the boiler (you can feel the heat through the floor!), so I bought a portable air conditioner. Highly recommend living here.

The rent is cheap for a reason. Don’t do this to yourself. The buildings are old and so poorly maintained. The definition of “landlord special”. My entire apartment was on a slope so my floors were uneven, none of my dresser drawers stayed closed. I spoke with neighbors in my building and they had the same issue. The windows are so old and in poor condition that you can feel the cold air coming through in the winter. I had an incident where carpenter ants chewed through my walls and were everywhere. Maintenance came to patch up the hole but did such a poor job that they ate through the patch and they had to repatch it again. Ants were EVERYWHERE. It was disgusting. The language in the lease and in the general communications is very hostile. They act like they hate you for living there. It

Good location, quiet place, good square footage for the price. Manager is very unfriendly and lacks interpersonal skills. Not fit for the job. The maintenance guys are friendly until one has some problem in the apartment. They do the repairs so-so, low quality. They are low paid, that's why, I guess, such an attitude. Tenants let their dogs use other people's front lawns as toilets, Amy doesn't care.

I love it here. Have been here 3 years, the apartment is big. The location s fantastic next to the park. And I find the staff to be amazing. Every issue I have had has been answered by Amy, Mike, Anthony, or Erik. Great place to live.

Had a great experience living here. Amy, the property manager, is super helpful and nice, and the staff is responsive and professional. Great price for the space and very well maintained.
