Sturwood Hamlet Apartments

If you are black it’s a bad experience. My aunt lived in the complex for almost 25 years and which my grandma lived there for 15 years. Not once did maintenance come out to fix a closet door, stove, and or bathroom problems just to name a few. The rental office manger Chris or Kris is very unprofessional, very nasty person, she’s very lazy to be called a building manager. She and the maintenance people lives in the complex and they keep their apartments and around it looking nice but when it comes down to the tenants they don’t care. DO NOT MOVE THERE. ITS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THE APARTMENTS.

Manager was very rude stated my sister would have to make over 80k to live in this apartment complex. That does take section 8 but you will still have to make over 60k asked about credit requirements she then stated we needed a 700 credit score to live there . I then asked how does that make any sense if I had a 700 credit score I would have bought my own home. This whole conversation took place out side of the rental office no warm welcome no inviting sprit. The whole conversation seemed as if I was defensive. And asking her pointless questions nothing was factual. I actually live in the town homes across the street and know actual tenants that live in this apartment complex that go to school with my children . It gave the feel like you’re black you don’t belong here .

Some of these units are newly renovated, now if the mean neighbors would move out it would be a fantastic place. (I don't live there, friends do, but I visit a lot)

Great apartments, managed well, any repairs I wanted happened quickly. Stayed here for a year and went to philly

I don't know where this is and, as far as I know, have never been there. May have driven past and this tracker picked it up
