I lived here for 6 years never had a issue or no problems with nobody or no property manager in the past… I told Jennifer that ther was some kids that was living with there auntie out in the apartments was bullying my kid my child is quite she barely ever comes outside but had other friends in the apartment complex from school… so they ganged my daughter on day and a boy put hands on her also they all where related was not on a lease in the apartments I went to Jennifer about the situation and nothing was done… so then there was a neighbor who was always drunk outside yelling screaming cussing drama started with my guest my guest left from that day forward is was mess everyday she saw me I told Jennifer what was going on and she did nothing about it…told me basically if I got into it with

i need a one bed Right now, my husband and I are facing a difficult situation. My husband is a veteran and unfortunately, we are currently homeless. We thought we had found a solution when we bought some land in Kentucky, but it turned out to be a scam. To make matters worse, my husband recently had surgery and ended up getting an infection. He is now on life support and our financial situation has only gotten worse. My dog and I are currently living out of our jeep, struggling to make ends meet. We are desperate for any kind of help or assistance. As a veteran, my husband deserves better and it breaks my heart to see him in this condition. We are pleading for any kind of support to help us get back on our feet and find a stable home for our family. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don’t move here unless you do not mind not having no peace while you’re watching TV or sleeping or working from home or anything else because the noise out here with Kids people above you people on a side of you and people in the hallways is outrageous Lease office doesn’t do anything about it Kids are always tearing up property you heard Kids screaming in the hallways banging on stairways or even playing at your patio or by your windows with no consequences and no parents outside at the time when you’re trying to put your kids to sleep or you’re trying to rest yourself you were here people above you sound like bowling balls dropping you in the hallway screaming until Maybe 9 o’clock at night it’s not worth it for the prize so be mine for where you move. White Oak Crossing is the best kept secret in S. Knox!! I moved into this new complex three months ago and absolutely love it. The apartments are spacious and gorgeous-each have a large laundry room with a new washer and dryer, garbage disposals, private balcony or patio and mini blinds on all the windows. The air conditioning works fantastic and it is quite economical. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. The management is very easy to work with and the community is becoming like family to me!!

Very nice apartments but,if you have loud stomping, furniture jumping upstairs neighbors beware.It's very very very loud and disturbing. Apparently nothing will be done. Your guest in your home will be appalled you pay 680.00 to never have any peace in your home. It gets worse on the weekends, the pounding upstairs goes for HOURS and Hours. Again apparently nothing will be done. Reporting is pointless. Right this minute it sounds like they are tearing down my ceiling.It's a week later a Thursday at 7:30 p the people upstairs and kids literally literally sound like they are trying to break down my ceiling. It is LOUD.Could have a guest here for the noise it's awful .Management says oh they are living their life .There's no excuse for this kind of outrageous noise.
