I’ve rented with Pittman for the last 2 years, and I couldn’t say nicer/better things. I’m only leaving them because I’m moving out of state! Bill & his family as well as their entire extended team go above and beyond to fulfill maintenance orders quickly and address issues with compassion and care. I am so grateful that there’s a rental company in Knoxville that continues to champion affordable properties while also caring about their tenants. (They also love your pets!) Some of the nicest people I’ve ever interacted with. They’re so willing to help and take care of you as a resident. It really does feel like you’re renting from a family member. Bill and Priscilla are great communicators and maintenance Tom is always efficient and fast. I love my little Pittman house and I recommend them any chance I get.

We’ve been with Pittman for over 2 years now and I can honestly say they are one of the reasons we are still in Knoxville. Pittman is the most accommodating, caring business in this city. If something breaks they fix it, and on top of that all of their employees are friendly and trustworthy to come into your home. They get things taken care of quickly, and efficiently. Their prices are fair, and the quality of the house we are in now is better than anything we’ve ever rented before. Pittman Properties is a true testament to good local business. They contribute so much to this community, and care about the neighborhoods where they have homes.
