Jon Walz came out to inspect the property before the drywall went in and outlined several important issues that could lead to long term problems. He then returned prior to my final walk through. The builder was running behind and Jon was flexible and willing to adjust his visit to a later day to give them more time to complete the project. When he came out he recognized several more issues and provided the builder with clear recommendations on how to fix them properly. This is my second time using Jon at Best Choice Inspections. He did such a great job with my last house 11 years ago that I wanted him back for the home I'm now buying, and once again I am thoroughly impressed. Jon is absolutely meticulous, he takes lots of photos, presents a comprehensive report and does not seem to miss the slightest detail. If you have questions or special things you'd like him to consider, he's on top of them. Last time around his efforts saved me $5000 more on the home after we had already negotiated down to their bottom dollar. I would give him 6 stars out of 5 if it were an option!
