Whisperwood Townhomes

Living at this community has been such a fantastic experience! The townhomes themselves are beautifully designed and feel so spacious. It's a really peaceful and well-maintained neighborhood, which is exactly what I was looking for. The management team has been incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions I've had. I'm so happy I chose to move here!

I will echo some of the sentiments already posted on here. I too was one of the original renters, moving in when most of the complex was still being built. From day 1 there were problems. A bathroom door would not open and another was left unpainted. There were stains on both the laminate and carpet that were noted on the initial walk through paperwork, but I was still charged for stain removal when I moved out. If you're like me, you'll be one of the lucky ones to get a unit where water seeps though the wall into the garage. It will flood and ruin anything you have in the storage space. Nothing will be done until you send in pictures of the mold growing on the walls, then they will just cut out the drywall and leave it for years. The hvac is awful and the intake is so loud that yo

My partner and I lived here from 2021 (when the units were first built) through 2025. While the area itself is lovely and we truly made it home, the management experience was consistently poor. Communication was unresponsive, maintenance was unreliable—especially early on—and fees felt excessive and punitive. Between rent, internet, and added charges, our costs increased roughly 43% over four years. We were even charged $80 for having a fire pit, and after moving out, were hit with over $760 in fees (not including a $300 deposit). We moved into an unfinished unit: no closet rods, no shower rods, separating vinyl flooring, and—most alarmingly—a bottle of urine left in a closet. Appliances repeatedly failed. Office and staff go above and beyond 5 Gold Stars. Having read some of the reviews, I will add (that) I am an original resident to this property, the entire time I have been here the office/staff/maintenance have always been friendly, eager to help and always on time!
