Station on 17th

I’ve lived at Station on 17th for just shy of a year now and have had a fantastic experience. The units are incredibly spacious with great layouts, which really makes a difference in feeling at home. ​The manager, Jamie, is absolutely amazing—she is always professional, helpful, and consistently goes above and beyond for the residents. Additionally, the gym, pool, and overall grounds are kept in great shape. If you’re looking for a clean, well-managed community with plenty of living space, I highly recommend checking them out!"

I want to be as honest as possible for anyone looking at The Station on 17th. Overall, it’s a really nice place to live with a great community feel, but there are some trade-offs. The Pros: • The Apartment: The units are beautiful. The kitchen and island are huge, the vinyl floors look great, and the view from the patio is quite nice. • Management & Maintenance: This is a huge plus. Maintenance is always quick to respond, and management is genuinely helpful and easy to work with. • Amenities: The 24-hour gym is high quality and the jacuzzi is very big and relaxing. • Community: My neighbors are nice, and it’s a very pet-friendly and kid-friendly environment with a playground on-site. I have lived here since last summer and have been loving the experience so far. The interior and amenities are very nice and every time we have visitors they comment on the aesthetic of the place. Any concern I've had, the manager Jamie has resolved or responded swiftly and kindly. I love using the pool in summer & the grounds keepers were out there cleaning it pretty much daily. I have a great view of the mountains and feel extra safe that the main doors are by key fob or pin code only. This is a great apartment and I do plan to renew when our lease is up. I have not had any problem with neighbors or loud noises, sometimes I forget that we are in an apartment because my building is pretty quiet. The application / move in process was quick and seamless. I wish I had found this place sooner

We moved here in April 2025 and have been loving it so far! The rent is a great price for the quality of the apartments, and the trash take-out service is seriously a lifesaver! The appliances are beautiful, the mountain views are amazing, and the community feels safe and well maintained. Anytime we’ve had issues with our AC or dishwasher, maintenance has been super quick and helpful! We’re really happy we chose to live here and would definitely recommend it!!

I had such a great experience working with Jamie! She was incredibly quick to respond, super sweet, and made sure every single question I had was answered thoroughly. The entire process felt so easy and stress-free because of her. This was my first moving experience, and she truly made it smooth and simple from start to finish.
