Mountain Glen Apartments

I have lived here since 2006 and have been through other managers and their team. Kayla and her team Fabian and tye are one of the best. Fabian gets his work orders done and always greets you with a smile and asks how your day is going. Tye works in the office and she always greets you with a pleasant smile and asks how she may help you. Kayla the manager makes sure everything is done with the property making it look very nice and she has the sweetest personality and always greets you with hello and a smile. She makes sure that your problems are fixed right away. There's more to say about Kayla but it would take all day. Kayla is the best she deserves more than 5 stars. Fantastic job Kayla and her team.

What a fantastic Management team : Kayla the manager: She is very knowledgeable and she has a fantastic personality. She makes me feel at home. The parking situation is well beyond her control. There are 80 units with 69 stalls to park in. We have a fantastic view of the mountains and everything is within walking distance. The property looks fantastic. Tye the assistant manager: She always greats you with a Good morning and a smile. She always asks how she can help you she also is very knowledgeable. Fabian the maintenance: he is the best maintenance guy that Mountain Glen has ever had. He gets his job done. When you have a problem he is right on it. I recently did a walkthrough of Mountain Glenn apartments  and I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I arrived, the property manager Kayla was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. She took the time to answer all my questions and provide a detailed tour of the amenities and living spaces. It really made me feel valued as a potential resident. The grounds were impeccably maintained, with lush landscaping and clean common areas. You can tell that a lot of care goes into keeping the property in top shape, which speaks to the level of attention and pride the management team has for the community. From day one, Kayla, the property manager, and Tye, the assistant property manager, have made the leasing process smooth and hassle-free. They’re always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any concerns. Fabian, the maintenance supervisor, has also been fantastic. He consistently completes my work orders quickly and with great attention to detail. His hard work and professionalism really stand out, and I appreciate how he goes above and beyond to ensure everything is in top shape. Overall, I highly recommend this complex for its excellent management team and reliable maintenance staff!

Amazing staff! Came in for tour and Kayla and Tye went over and above helping with every question we had. What a beautiful facility. We also met with Fabian the maintenance guy and he demonstrated pride and professionalism in all his work.
