Whispering Woods Apartments

The senior/ disabled building is gross. The carpet in the halls are same carpets sense building opened in 1980. The carpet needs to be taken out. Drugs and alcohol is bad. Management does not listen and try to take care of issues. Management is micromanaged by corporate so it’s hard. We are just a tax break for them. Corporate told residents this building has not been renovated sense it opened in 1980 and they don’t plan on fixing it. They just painted apartments less than 3 days ago and the paint is peeling already off the Cunard. Beware of this place. Also they will Not let you look at your apartment until after you sign papers then you are stuck for 1 years.. these pictures are from the over flowing garage rooms on 3 floors. Maintenance did not take grout on Friday. So this is what we g

This place was so clean. It's perfect size for me. I can hardly wait to get all settled in. Meet my neighbors. The staff are amazing kindest lady's. They made me feel right at home. I have a sister who already lives here. She highly recommended and I chose here. Looking forward to enjoying my new place, then get to baking make the whole place smell good. Thanks for having me

Just moving in. Nice clean building. Apartment is just the right size, perfect, clean and quiet. The office girls are so pleasant to work with and talk to. Highly recommend. I have a sister that lives here in this building, glad to be able to move into such a wonderful place.

Great place to live IF you keep to yourself. There is definitely some crazies that live here. And can be entertaining at times. Definitely would be more appealing if residents wouldn't throw trash all over and allow their children to leave their toys all over the property. Office staff and maintenance is amazing people and they work diligently. But some of the residents are a bit on the crazy side.

Been here since March 2022; I love it here still. I have not had any issues at this time. There are rules and expectations and as long try to follow not an issue. Staff here are nice and easy to talk/email. I highly recommend here; it’s Waterford school district and bus cones right in front of entrance.
