This is how my move-out dispute was handled. After I paid my final balance with a money order handed directly to the office, management later said the payment “wasn’t in their system” and added charges. I provided documentation and disputed it in writing. Instead of resolving the issue, communication was cut off and I was told everything would go through “legal process,” with no one willing to discuss it further. If you rent here, protect yourself: always get written receipts for every payment, keep copies, and document everything. The move-out experience alone is enough for me to not recommend this property.

Kandie is just the BEST. She's super helpful whenever I have any questions, and never makes me feel dumb, even if I think they're silly. The property itself is really nice and quiet, they have a ton of floorplans and options for everyone. I highly recommend living here.

I’d like to mention my very honest and customer(non-employee) review. Recently the management has changed and I received the most pleasant customer service experience by Darryl and Jennifer. Whenever I emailed or called about a concern they were quick to assist me and answer any thought provoking questions. I was heavily informed on every detail I needed to know before my move-in. Every inch has been kept up and improved since my last inquiry of the place. Love my new place off the lake and would highly recommend at least considering it as an option. There are many floor plans to choose from and the staff will help you choose what’s best.

Office Staff is so great! I have loved living here for the last 8 years! Candy and Darel really go above and beyond each month helping me pay for my rent

They're nice. Maintenance is always on time and quick. The view is nice as well and the office staff always picks up when I call. I don't think it's ever rung more than three times before someone answers. I like it here.
