Cedar Gate Apartments

I lived at Cedargate Apartments for 9 years and loved living there. I moved out to move in with my son and family. I have put my name back on the waiting list. The manager, Angie, works hard to make sure things run smoothly and she has a great personality. The residents I knew were all nice and friendly. Cedargate is a very great place to live.

I've lived here 10+ years for a reason. It's an absolutely great community to live in. The property manager, Angie, is a big part of making it such a delightful complex to reside. She handles any issues in a timely manner, whatever it may be. Thanks, Angie! Maintenance is very personable. There's an array of different people here. No discrimination. Good people living here. Great people on staff here.

The management is REALLY bad. If you do not want your security deposit back, this is a good place to stay. They did not refund me full deposit and made up unreasonable excuses to charge me for normal wear and tear items. After I left, one of the property managers, Amanda Soulliere, was very rude, slow in responding to my emails and calls. She just did not have the decency to even speak properly, let alone help me with my security deposit. Also half way during my stay, one of the lights outside the apartment kept going out and they blamed it on me saying that I am doing something to make the light not work. They made such a big deal about this for months and in the end, it turned out that the light sensor for the light was not working. They didn't even have the decency to apologize for blam

I have never been happier. Very quite, great neighbors! Management is wonderful and maintenance is always available. Plenty of space .
