Whispering Pines Ranch

I've lived in this apartment community for over a year, and it's been a great experience. The office staff is always professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently—special thanks to Carlos and Manuel, who are especially knowledgeable and quick to resolve reported issues. The property is well-maintained, and the team clearly takes pride in keeping everything in great shape. It's been a pleasure living here, and I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable place to call home.

Only reason I give it to star is because of the good maintenance here. We had to switch dryers probably 5 times in a year. They kept going out. They’re on top of that. The garbage is a mess and with rats. The compactor goes out all the time. The wood line behind the first building by the dumpster has trash all through it. Need to get rid of the compactor and put roll off dumps. Or had another compactor on other side of complex. If you move in here BUY A HUMIDIFIER… the apartments smell musty! We got a humidifier and it fixed the smell. But if we didn’t change it, it would be back that way next day! Nice area to live though. Nice pool and workout room. Nice people that live there. Really wish we moved somewhere else. Maintenance, either the compactor is close to full or just not compacting (always). The garages and gutters that are covered with pine needles, those pine needle have been there for a long time. The “Car wash” either has a broke spray nozzle and covers you with water or the vacuum doesn’t work (always). There’s also people in the pool almost every night being loud, and the “courtesy officer” does NOT have a direct line. You can call leave a voicemail and guess what I’ve never received a call back about the problem being solved. Parking at night is most of the time PACKED, even visitor spot. I’ve literally had to park on the other side on the complex and walk back to my unit. Its almost like for as many unit and occupancy there is just not enough parking

Have been recently moved here, Family loves apartment. Community office team is very good. Move-in was very smooth and good. Maintenance team is also excellent and resolving issues very quickly. Property manager and leasing manager also provide their good support to listen our issues and understands very well. Going excellent so far.

We have enjoyed our time at Whispering Pines Ranch apartments. Our experience with the office staff has been great. Whenever we needed something from them they've been very accommodating and helpful. When we had maintenance needs, their maintenance team has always fixed it same day or within 24hrs. We know they're busy most times, but when we needed something they've come through for us. It's pretty well located, near a few restaurants, a major grocery store, movie theater, and within 10 min of shopping and entertainment. The property is well kept and we plan on keeping our lease as long as they will have us. 😉
