Probably one of the best wholesalers to work with in the city. They make buying properties incredibly easy! They'll do the majority of the research and legwork for you, and it's all 99% accurate. They'll give you all the information you need like ARV, rehab costs, rental rates, etc. All you have to do is say okay, sell me it. Jacob Johnson helped me find a great fix and flip deal, and I'm looking forward to getting more great deals from them!
