We had a great experience with Sonya and Grant. We found a home we liked but maybe out of reach for us. We decided to go look at it and fell in love! We talked and figured it was a long shot for our comfort zone but our realtor convinced us to give Grant and Sonya a chance to work their magic. We have officially been in our new home a week now and just can’t thank the wonderful team who made this possible❤️ They were quick, responsive and walked us through every step. WONDERFUL Experience! Sonya was referred to me by my realtor, and she IMMEDIATELY responded and worked to find out exactly what I needed. I was so pleasantly surprised by her speed and efficiency in getting my information, and then connecting me with people and banks that fit my special situation. This was all during a holiday weekend, when most people were ignoring calls and emails. She could have done the same, but she didn't. She asked questions and listened, and knew exactly what she was talking about. I have had bad experiences with giant banks and real estate people, and Sonya was the exact opposite. On top of her professional and intelligent manner, she was friendly and happy to help, something that is quite rare these days. I sincerely cannot recommend her highly enough.
