Whispering Pines Apartments, Middleton, WI 53562

My husband and I were about to rent an apartment nearby. Then we passed by Whispering Pines and we met the Landlord (Tom) who, by chance, was in the parking lot (great no-nonsense midwestern man). To make a long story short, this place is $300 a month less, newer, private garages included in the rent and better layout. You will be pleased to know the neighborhood is super clean and quiet. End of story is we drove back to previous apartment complex and cancelled the lease we just signed 2 hours ago and moved into Whispering Pines instead. This was such a step up for us and we have renewed our rent twice with this company.

My family had a great experience living here while we were building our house. The apartments were new and nice and the staff was very helpful! Sandy the manager was always great to work with. Maintenance was quick and attentive!
