Waterside Apartments

Waterside Apartments has been a great place to live. The landlord (Michelle) is very flexible and helpful. Any maintenance requests I've submitted in the past 2 and a half years have been fulfilled within 1 business day. I am moving out this summer into a house and she is helping me re-rent my apartment for the last month of my lease so that I do not double pay mortgage and rent. Also the neighborhood of Waterside Apartments is great. They are near a nice walking path that goes through a local park/pond area. Would highly recommended renting here!!

It's hard to go wrong with Waterside apartments. Aside from being located in Middleton, a bit of a drive from downtown Madison, it's an excellent spot. The management -- a common area of concern in many apartment buildings -- is easily the best I have ever experienced. Michelle is incredibly attentive to both the residents and property and consistently shows that she cares for the needs of individual apartments and their residents. I once saw her picking stray rocks out of the lawn and putting them back in the rock garden (definitely not in her job description)! The apartments are regularly renovated, cleaned, and receive maintenance as needed. I never had anything break on me. I have loved living at Waterside Apartments. Maintenance has been very prompt in fixing any issues. Maintenance staff is always a very good indicator of the management culture at any apartment complex. Every staff member I have encountered has been friendly and happy to help! The landlord, Michelle is extremely helpful and answers emails very quickly and is willing to go the extra mile! My building is overall very quiet and everyone is respectful of their neighbor's property. Definitely recommend these apartments for anybody - families, singles, and professionals!

My husband and I absolutely love living at Waterside. Michelle is an amazing property manager and is very prompt in getting back to us whenever we need anything. The pool and workout room are great amenities to have, too. If you are looking for a great place to live that's well maintained, come to Waterside! You will not be disappointed.
