Middleton Center

I have operated my business in Middleton Center for approximately six years. I appreciate every aspect of the property. The manager, Chase, is always on top of any issues that may arise. She consistently wears a smile, and whenever you see her around the property, she seems to know all the residents by name. She is truly a breath of fresh air. Middleton Center is a beautiful community with well-maintained property. It is a wonderful place to live and work.

We have been residents of Middleton Center for five years and have been very pleased with the location, amenities, and management. The covered parking is much appreciated especially during the winter months. Our repair calls have been met with speed and efficiency. Though a large complex, it doesn't feel that way. Its attractive architecture blends in well with the hometown feel of downtown Middleton.

We had a great stay for the summer at Middleton Center! Peter and Kaycia were so good to work with from start to finish. They handled all questions and were very flexible in helping us extend an extra month on our lease with ease. Middleton Center has so many positives. Location is perfect, near shops, restaurants, walking trails around lakes, stores, etc. Great access to extra amenities such as rooftop hang out areas, rec room, and included access to a very nice gym right there onsite. Very pet friendly and a part of the culture there. Anytime there is a question or issue in the apartments, quick service and resolution. The apartment we stayed in worked out well, gave us everything we needed, and full access to check it out before signing up for a lease. We would recommend Middlet

We had a three-month rental here, and we thought all aspects of the experience were excellent. Seeing apartments couldn’t have been easier. When we stopped by the leasing office, they were able to show us several apartments right away. The next day we stopped by again and were able to see yet another type of apartment, which we decided to rent. The management is friendly and communicative; the apartments and common areas are new and include all of the elements associated with luxury apartments; the neighborhood offers a wide variety of restaurants and cafes; and the regular activities offered at the community space nearby ("Stone Horse Green") are a very pleasant addition to the living experience there. Lived here for ~18 months and would highly recommend. The location is legitimately fantastic with several restaurants, bars and coffee shops in walking distance. There is a lot of foot traffic in downtown Middleton, but the apartments themselves are always quiet. Peter and the rest of the Middleton Center staff were always responsive and great to work with in my interactions with them! Also, the other residents are courteous and friendly without being nosy. The apartments themselves are quite nice and well maintained. Amenities are good as well. The only drawback is the occasional train that comes through in the middle of the night blaring their horn. I got used to it after a few months, but obviously it's not ideal.
